We cannot guarantee any delivery before Christmas. Orders received between 17th December and 1st January, will not be processed until we reopen on the 2nd January. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
Is size important?
The braces we sell online are all Multi fit which is 46" (115 cm). These can be adjusted with the levers. Please note your brace size it is more to do with how high the waistband of your trousers come rather than your overall height. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you require further assistance.
Shipping and Holidays
All our braces are made to order for you and not sent from stock -it can take a few days for us to process and manufacture your order ready for despatch especially in the run-up to Christmas!
We use Royal Mail postal services. When shipping outside the UK goods go by air post which is a non- trackable service and we do not offer a faster or trackable alternative due to the costs and special paperwork required for many countries.
If you are living in the US for example, you should expect a 7 to 10 working days transit time-(source Royal Mail) on top of the manufacturing time.
We are not responsible for any delay in the hands of the postal services and we cannot make a claim with The Royal Mail until 28 working days have elapsed.
Please do contact us if you have not received your purchase within 1 month.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive your made to order braces as fast as possible-we CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery in a certain timeframe.
Can I buy in Pounds Sterling or Euros?
Of course. When you go to 'Checkout’ you automatically get transferred to our payment partner WorldPay. Their site is encrypted to ensure the security of your transaction and guarantee your purchase. They give you the option to pay in the currency of your choice at today’s exchange rate.
